Moving you forward on your journey!

Buying or selling a home can be a challenging endeavor, requiring the expertise of a realtor who is well-versed in the market to move you forward on your journey with ease. That is where That Real Estate Girl, Shawndy Linquist, steps in!

Growing up in Santa Cruz, Shawndy has an exceptional taste for the culture, lifestyle, and real estate market in the area. After relocating to Breckenridge, Colorado for a time and then to coastal Wilmington, North Carolina where she practiced real estate full-time for 15 years, she is back on the West Coast! While in Wilmington, Shawndy became a top producing broker, successfully sold hundreds of homes, and continuously went the extra mile to ensure her clients were always getting the best price possible.

Working to negotiate the best price possible is only the beginning though when working with Shawndy. She expresses empathy for clients’ wants and a sincere interest in that which is important to them. This creates lasting relationships beyond the point of sale. This continuous support begins with the first introduction and remains for years to come.

Outside of her career, Shawndy is married to a USMC veteran and has two children. The oldest is attending college at UCLA and the youngest attends preschool in town. Her most joyous moments are spent with family, traveling, and exploring the Santa Cruz area through camping, hiking, and adventuring.

This immersion in nature has led her to a deep connection with the planet and people it supports. Shawndy has made it her life mission to help others achieve the life they seek through consciousness and powerfully positive relationships. These connections can only aid the marketing and selling of your home.
