Kelsey Brown

Kelsey Brown grew up in a family steeped in real estate, instilling in her a familiarity with the industry from an early age. She watched them progress in their careers, and noticed that the core of real estate success is relationship building.

Kelsey always enjoyed working with people, and went on to explore many fields in the Hospitality space. She began pursuing training in Culinary Arts with an emphasis in baking and pastry. Her training took her to San Francisco, where she was able to learn from many different cultures in and outside of the classroom.

After graduating, she went on to work in the hospitality industry for a number of years, where she honed her customer service standards. She worked in restaurants and developed a skill that only comes with experience: serving others well. Not only did this foster her communication abilities and strong attention to detail; it gave her a compassion for customers and teammates.
In her spare time you can find Kelsey bouldering, hiking, traveling, and checking out local restaurants and breweries in the Aptos area. She loves to give her clients the local’s scoop on the culinary scene in Santa Cruz, and only recommends places she likes to go with her partner Brian and their dogs Pirate and Tycho.
