Amy was born and raised in the heart of the San Francisco Peninsula on the Stanford University campus. Raised in a melting pot of cultures, she was exposed to people with a wide variety of backgrounds. Her parents were both in the medical field, and Amy was instilled with a strong sense of compassion at a young age.
She went on to graduate from UC Davis, and worked as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. During her healthcare career she served in many units, from the Emergency Room to Pediatrics, and was the recipient of the Service Excellence Award while Director of Clinical Service.
Amy strives to serve each of her clients with that same level of compassion and attention to detail; she is excited to work with clients who are embarking on new and exciting chapters of their lives. You can also bet on her being your greatest advocate in a negotiation, to remain calm in the most challenging situations, and to stay organized as if your life depended on it (she was a nurse, after all)!
Though she grew up in Silicon Valley, Amy has lived in Santa Cruz County for 14 years. The coast was always a place to unwind from the city, and the laid back nature of Santa Cruz was the perfect retreat that has become home. Today, she is a volunteer at CASA of Santa Cruz County as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for neglected and abused children who are in the foster care system.
Amy and her husband John have raised five children and currently live in Rio Del Mar. They enjoy long beach walks, BBQs with friends, and meeting new people (like you)! If you are looking for a kind, compassionate, and caring agent - Amy is the Realtor for you.
