My interest in real estate began when I realized that my Grandmother got her start that way. She purchased a large plot of land near the freeway that she eventually sold to “the Price Club.” With the funds, she was able to buy a small apartment complex, her house, and her mother’s house. This is what inspired me to become a property manager and look to purchase land for myself.
I started in property management, working my way up to eventually become Resident Manager of 116 unit complex in Riverside, CA. From there I got my real estate license and started managing around 200 single family homes.
After a couple of years managing those homes, I decided to relocate to the Monterey County area a few years ago to manage some investment groups. In addition to real estate, I have also co-owned a sales and marketing company, and worked as an independent contractor doing outside and inside sales.
I wanted to get back into Real Estate as I love helping connect people to their dream home. I’ve always enjoyed working with first time home buyers and connecting them with the resources they need to live their “The American Dream”.
I currently live in Carmel Valley with my two youngest sons. During my free time, I love exploring hiking trails along the central coast as well as taking a leisurely motorcycle ride through the back roads of Monterey’s wine country. I also love to sing and dance and roller skate!
