Spencer moved to Santa Cruz in 1995 and has been working as a licensed real estate agent in California for over 17 years. He spent 10 years at Coldwell Banker before starting his own company, Cruzhome Real Estate, in 2007. He has twice been awarded the prestigious Green Building Award Plaque, earned an Accredited Buyer Representative Designation in 2000, and has been a Real Estate Broker since 2002. He enjoys working with buyers, sellers, and investors and guiding them seamlessly through the process. Beyond his career in real estate, Spencer is extremely involved in and passionate about the Santa Cruz community. He currently lives in Aptos with his two kids, and has been involved in many community organizations including Adopt a Family, Toys for Tots, Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity and the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors Housing Foundation. He loves and cares about this community and would be thrilled to help get new home owners settled here!
As Spencer says, “My goal is to maximize opportunities and develop clients for life. I have been investing in real estate for over twenty years and believe a higher standard of ethics should be the focus of our ever-changing industry.”
